第1条:目的
本一般销售条款(GSC)规定了EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO(zefame.com网站运营商)与其客户之间的合同权利和义务。使用Zefame的服务即表示完全无条件接受本GSC。
第2条:定义
客户:在网站上注册并已进行购买的任何用户。
服务:zefame.com网站上的任何付费或免费产品。
网站:与zefame.com相关的所有域名和子域名。
充值:添加到Zefame账户的余额,用于访问付费服务。
订单:客户购买一项或多项服务的行为。
第3条:定价
网站上提供的服务价格以欧元(EUR)标示。增值税按照阿联酋税务法规在每次充值时收取。客户可自由选择充值金额。
第4条:支付和充值方式
要访问付费服务,客户必须通过网站上提供的支付方式为账户充值。充值余额可用于任何付费服务。
第5条:服务提供
After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.
Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
第6条:客户义务
客户有责任在注册和使用服务时提供准确信息。任何违规或不当使用可能导致直至账户暂停的处罚。
第7条:最低年龄要求
在Zefame注册即表示用户声明已达法定年龄,即至少18岁。Zefame保留要求提供年龄证明并暂停不合规账户的权利。
第8条:Zefame的责任
Zefame努力提供优质服务。但不对与使用服务相关的任何事故或直接间接损害,或社交媒体平台对客户账户采取的任何行动承担责任。
第9条:保证和售后服务
部分服务附带保修期,客户可在此期间向Zefame请求协助。每项相关服务都注明了保修条款。
第10条:退款政策
如果由于Zefame或其合作伙伴的错误导致订单未成功执行,相应金额将退还到客户的余额。
第11条:撤回权
Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.
第12条:知识产权
The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
第13条:不可抗力
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
第14条:管辖权和争议
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
第15条:条款变更
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General 条款和条件 of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.
第16条:电子通信
By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
第17条:信息修改
CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
