Clause #1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the contractual rights and obligations between Zefame and its customers within the framework of selling the services offered on the zefame.com website. Use of Zefame's services, whatever they may be, implies full and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these GTC.
Clause #2: Definitions
CLIENT: Any registered user on the site who has made a purchase.
SERVICE: Any offer on the zefame.com site, whether paid or free.
SITE: All domains and subdomains associated with zefame.com.
RECHARGE: Credit added to the Zefame account to access paid services.
ORDER: Act of purchasing one or more services by the CLIENT.
Clause #3: Pricing
The prices of the services offered on the SITE are indicated in euros and include all taxes. VAT is applied with each RECHARGE. The CLIENT is free to choose the amount they wish to recharge to access the services.
Clause #4: Payment and RECHARGE Methods
To access paid services, the CLIENT must recharge their account through the payment methods offered on the SITE. The credited balance can then be used for any paid service.
Clause #5: Service Provision
After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.
Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
Clause #6: Client Obligations
It is the CLIENT's responsibility to provide accurate information when registering and using the services. Any breach or improper use of the services could lead to penalties up to account suspension.
Clause #7: Minimum Age Requirement
By registering on Zefame, the user declares they are of legal age, that is, at least 18 years old. Zefame reserves the right to request proof of age and suspend any account that does not comply with this condition.
Clause #8: Zefame's Responsibilities
Zefame strives to offer quality services. However, it cannot be held responsible for any incident or direct or indirect damage related to the use of the services, or any action taken by social media platforms against CLIENT accounts.
Clause #9: Guarantees and After-Sales Service
Some services come with a warranty period during which the CLIENT can request assistance from Zefame in case of issues. This warranty is specified for each relevant service.
Clause #10: Refund Policy
If an order is not successfully executed due to an error attributable to Zefame or its partners, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the CLIENT's balance.
Clause #11: Right of Withdrawal
According to French legislation, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of their balance recharge. However, this right cannot be exercised if the CLIENT has already used part or all of the balance to access a service on the site. To exercise this right, the client must send an email to contact@zefame.com or contact us via the support available on the SITE.
Clause #12: Intellectual Property
The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
Clause #13: Force Majeure
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Clause #14: Jurisdiction and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Clause #15: Changes to the GTC
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.
Clause #16: Electronic Communications
By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Clause #17: Modification of Information
CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
