Pasal 1: Tujuan
Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Penjualan (S&K) ini mendefinisikan hak dan kewajiban kontraktual antara EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO (pengoperasi situs zefame.com) dan pelanggannya. Penggunaan layanan Zefame berarti penerimaan penuh dan tanpa syarat atas S&K ini.
Pasal 2: Definisi
KLIEN: Setiap pengguna terdaftar di situs yang telah melakukan pembelian.
LAYANAN: Setiap penawaran di situs zefame.com, baik berbayar maupun gratis.
SITUS: Semua domain dan subdomain yang terkait dengan zefame.com.
ISI ULANG: Kredit yang ditambahkan ke akun Zefame untuk mengakses layanan berbayar.
PESANAN: Tindakan pembelian satu atau lebih layanan oleh KLIEN.
Pasal 3: Harga
Harga layanan di SITUS ditunjukkan dalam euro (EUR). PPN diterapkan sesuai peraturan pajak UEA pada setiap ISI ULANG. KLIEN bebas memilih jumlah yang ingin diisi ulang.
Pasal 4: Metode Pembayaran dan ISI ULANG
Untuk mengakses layanan berbayar, KLIEN harus mengisi ulang akun melalui metode pembayaran yang tersedia di SITUS. Saldo yang dikreditkan dapat digunakan untuk layanan berbayar apa pun.
Pasal 5: Penyediaan Layanan
After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.
Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
Pasal 6: Kewajiban KLIEN
Merupakan tanggung jawab KLIEN untuk memberikan informasi akurat saat mendaftar dan menggunakan layanan. Pelanggaran dapat mengakibatkan sanksi hingga penangguhan akun.
Pasal 7: Persyaratan Usia Minimum
Dengan mendaftar di Zefame, pengguna menyatakan telah cukup umur, yaitu minimal 18 tahun. Zefame berhak meminta bukti usia dan menangguhkan akun yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan ini.
Pasal 8: Tanggung Jawab Zefame
Zefame berusaha menawarkan layanan berkualitas. Namun, tidak bertanggung jawab atas insiden atau kerusakan langsung maupun tidak langsung terkait penggunaan layanan, atau tindakan platform media sosial terhadap akun KLIEN.
Pasal 9: Garansi dan Layanan Purna Jual
Beberapa layanan dilengkapi garansi di mana KLIEN dapat meminta bantuan Zefame. Garansi ini ditentukan untuk setiap layanan terkait.
Pasal 10: Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana
Jika pesanan tidak berhasil dieksekusi karena kesalahan Zefame atau mitranya, jumlah terkait akan dikembalikan ke saldo KLIEN.
Pasal 11: Hak Penarikan
Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.
Pasal 12: Kekayaan Intelektual
The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
Pasal 13: Keadaan Kahar
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Pasal 14: Yurisdiksi dan Sengketa
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Pasal 15: Perubahan S&K
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Syarat dan Ketentuan of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.
Pasal 16: Komunikasi Elektronik
By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Pasal 17: Perubahan Informasi
CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
