Cláusula nº 1: Objeto
Estes Termos e Condições Gerais de Venda (TCGV) definem os direitos e obrigações contratuais entre a EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO (operadora do site zefame.com) e seus clientes. O uso dos serviços do Zefame implica aceitação total e incondicional destes TCGV.
Cláusula nº 2: Definições
CLIENTE: Todo usuário cadastrado no site que tenha realizado uma compra.
SERVIÇO: Toda oferta no site zefame.com, seja paga ou gratuita.
SITE: Todos os domínios e subdomínios associados ao zefame.com.
RECARGA: Crédito adicionado à conta Zefame para acessar serviços pagos.
PEDIDO: Ato de compra de um ou mais serviços pelo CLIENTE.
Cláusula nº 3: Preços
Os preços dos serviços oferecidos no SITE estão indicados em euros (EUR). O IVA é aplicado conforme a regulamentação fiscal dos Emirados Árabes Unidos em cada RECARGA. O CLIENTE é livre para escolher o valor que deseja recarregar.
Cláusula nº 4: Métodos de pagamento e RECARGA
Para acessar serviços pagos, o CLIENTE deve recarregar sua conta pelos métodos de pagamento oferecidos no SITE. O saldo creditado pode ser usado para qualquer serviço pago.
Cláusula nº 5: Prestação de serviços
After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.
Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
Cláusula nº 6: Obrigações do CLIENTE
É responsabilidade do CLIENTE fornecer informações precisas ao se cadastrar e usar os serviços. Qualquer violação ou uso indevido pode levar a penalidades até a suspensão da conta.
Cláusula nº 7: Idade mínima exigida
Ao se cadastrar no Zefame, o usuário declara ser maior de idade, ou seja, ter pelo menos 18 anos. O Zefame reserva-se o direito de solicitar comprovante de idade e suspender contas que não cumpram esta condição.
Cláusula nº 8: Responsabilidades da Zefame
O Zefame se esforça para oferecer serviços de qualidade. No entanto, não pode ser responsabilizado por incidentes ou danos diretos ou indiretos relacionados ao uso dos serviços, ou ações tomadas por plataformas de redes sociais contra contas de CLIENTES.
Cláusula nº 9: Garantias e serviço pós-venda
Alguns serviços possuem período de garantia durante o qual o CLIENTE pode solicitar assistência. Esta garantia é especificada para cada serviço.
Cláusula nº 10: Política de reembolso
Se um pedido não for executado com sucesso por erro atribuível ao Zefame ou seus parceiros, o valor será reembolsado ao saldo do CLIENTE.
Cláusula nº 11: Direito de retratação
Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.
Cláusula nº 12: Propriedade intelectual
The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
Cláusula nº 13: Força maior
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Cláusula nº 14: Jurisdição e disputas
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Cláusula nº 15: Alterações dos TEC
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Termos e Condições of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.
Cláusula nº 16: Comunicações eletrônicas
By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Cláusula nº 17: Modificação de informações
CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
