Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GDS) define the contractual rights and obligations between Flowave Digital LTD (operating the website zefame.com) and the customer. Using Zefame's services signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these GDS.
Clause 2: Definitions
CUSTOMER: All registered users on the website who have made a purchase.
SERVICES: All offers on zefame.com, whether paid or free.
WEB: All domains and subdomains associated with zefame.com.
DEPOSIT: Credit is added to your Zefame account to access paid services.
ORDER: The act of purchasing one or more services by a CUSTOMER.
Article 3: Pricing
Service prices on the WEBSITE are displayed in euros (EUR). VAT is applied according to UK tax regulations at each DEPOSIT. CUSTOMERS are free to choose the amount they wish to deposit.
Article 4: Payment and Deposit Methods
To access paid services, CUSTOMERS must deposit funds through the payment methods on the WEBSITE. The deposited balance can be used for any paid service.
Article 5: Service Provision
After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.
Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
Article 6: CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
CUSTOMERS are responsible for providing accurate information when registering and using the service. Any violations may result in penalties including account suspension.
Article 7: Minimum Age Requirement
When registering on Zefame, users confirm they are of legal age, i.e., at least 18 years old. Zefame reserves the right to request proof of age and suspend accounts that do not meet the requirements.
Article 8: Zefame's Responsibilities
Zefame strives to provide quality service. However, it is not responsible for any incidents or damages, direct or indirect, related to the use of the service or the actions of social media platforms.
Article 9: Warranty and After-Sales Service
Some services have a warranty period during which CUSTOMERS can request support. The warranty is specified for each service.
Article 10: Refund Policy
If the order is not successfully fulfilled due to an error by Zefame or its partner, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the CUSTOMER's balance.
Article 11: Right to Withdraw
Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has begun processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore wafts any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributed to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.
Article 12: Intellectual Property
The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
Article 13: Force Majeure
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Article 14: Jurisdiction and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Clause 15: Changes to the Terms
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.
Article 16: Electronic Communication
By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Article 17: Changes to information
CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
