Пункт 1: Предмет
Настоящие Общие условия продажи (ОУП) определяют договорные права и обязанности между EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO (оператором сайта zefame.com) и его клиентами. Использование услуг Zefame подразумевает полное и безоговорочное принятие настоящих ОУП.
Пункт 2: Определения
КЛИЕНТ: Любой зарегистрированный пользователь сайта, совершивший покупку.
УСЛУГА: Любое предложение на сайте zefame.com, платное или бесплатное.
САЙТ: Все домены и поддомены, связанные с zefame.com.
ПОПОЛНЕНИЕ: Кредит, добавляемый на счёт Zefame для доступа к платным услугам.
ЗАКАЗ: Покупка одной или нескольких услуг КЛИЕНТОМ.
Пункт 3: Тарификация
Цены на услуги на САЙТЕ указаны в евро (EUR). НДС применяется в соответствии с налоговым законодательством ОАЭ при каждом ПОПОЛНЕНИИ. КЛИЕНТ свободен в выборе суммы пополнения.
Пункт 4: Способы оплаты и пополнения
Для доступа к платным услугам КЛИЕНТ должен пополнить свой счёт через способы оплаты на САЙТЕ. Зачисленный баланс может быть использован для любой платной услуги.
Пункт 5: Предоставление услуг
After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.
Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
Пункт 6: Обязанности клиента
КЛИЕНТ обязан предоставлять точную информацию при регистрации и использовании услуг. Любое нарушение может повлечь санкции вплоть до приостановки аккаунта.
Пункт 7: Минимальный возраст
Регистрируясь на Zefame, пользователь подтверждает, что ему не менее 18 лет. Zefame оставляет за собой право запросить подтверждение возраста и приостановить аккаунт.
Пункт 8: Ответственность Zefame
Zefame стремится предоставлять качественные услуги. Однако не несёт ответственности за инциденты или прямой/косвенный ущерб, связанный с использованием услуг, или действия социальных сетей в отношении аккаунтов КЛИЕНТОВ.
Пункт 9: Гарантии и послепродажное обслуживание
Некоторые услуги имеют гарантийный период, в течение которого КЛИЕНТ может запросить помощь Zefame. Гарантия указана для каждой соответствующей услуги.
Пункт 10: Политика возврата
Если заказ не выполнен по вине Zefame или её партнёров, сумма будет возвращена на баланс КЛИЕНТА.
Пункт 11: Право на отказ
Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.

The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
Пункт 13: Форс-мажор
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Пункт 14: Юрисдикция и споры
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Пункт 15: Изменения условий
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Условия использования of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.

By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Пункт 17: Изменение информации
CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
