Пункт 1: Предмет
Ці Загальні умови продажу (ЗУП) визначають договірні права та обов'язки між EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO (оператором сайту zefame.com) та його клієнтами. Використання послуг Zefame передбачає повне та безумовне прийняття цих ЗУП.
Пункт 2: Визначення
КЛІЄНТ: Будь-який зареєстрований користувач сайту, який здійснив покупку.
ПОСЛУГА: Будь-яка пропозиція на сайті zefame.com, платна чи безкоштовна.
САЙТ: Усі домени та піддомени, пов'язані з zefame.com.
ПОПОВНЕННЯ: Кредит, доданий до акаунту Zefame для доступу до платних послуг.
ЗАМОВЛЕННЯ: Придбання однієї або кількох послуг КЛІЄНТОМ.
Пункт 3: Тарифікація
Ціни на послуги на САЙТІ вказані в євро (EUR). ПДВ застосовується відповідно до податкового законодавства ОАЕ при кожному ПОПОВНЕННІ. КЛІЄНТ вільний у виборі суми поповнення.
Пункт 4: Способи оплати та поповнення
Для доступу до платних послуг КЛІЄНТ повинен поповнити свій рахунок через способи оплати на САЙТІ. Зарахований баланс може бути використаний для будь-якої платної послуги.
Пункт 5: Надання послуг
After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.
Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
Пункт 6: Обов'язки клієнта
КЛІЄНТ зобов'язаний надавати точну інформацію при реєстрації та використанні послуг. Порушення може призвести до санкцій аж до призупинення акаунту.
Пункт 7: Мінімальний вік
Реєструючись на Zefame, користувач заявляє про свою повнолітність, тобто йому не менше 18 років. Zefame залишає за собою право запитати підтвердження віку та призупинити акаунт.
Пункт 8: Відповідальність Zefame
Zefame прагне надавати якісні послуги. Однак не несе відповідальності за інциденти чи прямі/непрямі збитки, пов'язані з використанням послуг, або дії соціальних мереж щодо акаунтів КЛІЄНТІВ.
Пункт 9: Гарантії та післяпродажне обслуговування
Деякі послуги мають гарантійний період, протягом якого КЛІЄНТ може звернутися за допомогою до Zefame. Гарантія вказана для кожної відповідної послуги.
Пункт 10: Політика повернення коштів
Якщо замовлення не виконано через помилку Zefame або її партнерів, відповідна сума буде повернута на баланс КЛІЄНТА.
Пункт 11: Право на відмову
Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.

The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
Пункт 13: Форс-мажор
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Пункт 14: Юрисдикція та спори
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Пункт 15: Зміни умов
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Умови використання of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.

CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
