Klauzula nr 1: Przedmiot

Niniejszy Regulamin (OWS) określa prawa i obowiązki umowne między EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO (operatorem strony zefame.com) a jego klientami. Korzystanie z usług Zefame oznacza pełną i bezwarunkową akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.

Klauzula nr 2: Definicje

KLIENT: Każdy zarejestrowany użytkownik strony, który dokonał zakupu. 

USŁUGA: Każda oferta na stronie zefame.com, zarówno płatna, jak i bezpłatna. 

STRONA: Wszystkie domeny i subdomeny powiązane z zefame.com. 

DOŁADOWANIE: Środki dodane do konta Zefame w celu korzystania z płatnych usług. 

ZAMÓWIENIE: Zakup jednej lub więcej usług przez KLIENTA.

Klauzula nr 3: Cennik

Ceny usług na STRONIE podane są w euro (EUR). VAT jest naliczany zgodnie z przepisami podatkowymi ZEA przy każdym DOŁADOWANIU. KLIENT ma swobodę wyboru kwoty doładowania.

Klauzula nr 4: Metody płatności i doładowania

Aby uzyskać dostęp do płatnych usług, KLIENT musi doładować konto metodami płatności dostępnymi na STRONIE. Saldo może być wykorzystane na dowolną płatną usługę.

Klauzula nr 5: Świadczenie usług

After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.

Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :

• These promotions mainly aim to improve appearance rather than actual engagement or interaction with accounts.

• Zefame does not guarantee that all provided accounts will have a profile picture, complete biography, or posted photos, although this is an objective.

• No delivery time guarantee is provided by Zefame, and although estimates may be given when placing an order, they remain estimates only. 

The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.

Klauzula nr 6: Obowiązki KLIENTA

KLIENT jest odpowiedzialny za podanie dokładnych informacji podczas rejestracji i korzystania z usług. Naruszenia mogą skutkować karami do zawieszenia konta.

Klauzula nr 7: Minimalny wiek

Rejestrując się na Zefame, użytkownik oświadcza, że jest pełnoletni, czyli ma co najmniej 18 lat. Zefame zastrzega sobie prawo do żądania potwierdzenia wieku i zawieszenia kont niespełniających tego warunku.

Klauzula nr 8: Odpowiedzialność Zefame

Zefame dokłada starań, aby świadczyć usługi wysokiej jakości. Nie ponosi jednak odpowiedzialności za incydenty ani bezpośrednie lub pośrednie szkody związane z korzystaniem z usług, ani za działania platform społecznościowych wobec kont KLIENTÓW.

Klauzula nr 9: Gwarancje i obsługa posprzedażna

Niektóre usługi mają okres gwarancji, w którym KLIENT może poprosić o pomoc Zefame. Gwarancja jest określona dla każdej usługi.

Klauzula nr 10: Polityka zwrotów

Jeśli zamówienie nie zostanie zrealizowane z powodu błędu Zefame lub jej partnerów, odpowiednia kwota zostanie zwrócona na saldo KLIENTA.

Klauzula nr 11: Prawo do odstąpienia

Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.

Klauzula nr 12: Własność intelektualna

The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.

Klauzula nr 13: Siła wyższa

Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.

Klauzula nr 14: Jurysdykcja i spory

In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Klauzula nr 15: Zmiany regulaminu

Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Regulamin of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.

Klauzula nr 16: Komunikacja elektroniczna

By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Klauzula nr 17: Zmiana danych

CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
