Klausel Nr. 1: Gegenstand
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) definieren die vertraglichen Rechte und Pflichten zwischen EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO (Betreiber der Website zefame.com) und seinen Kunden. Die Nutzung der Dienste von Zefame setzt die vollständige und vorbehaltlose Annahme dieser AGB voraus.
Klausel Nr. 2: Definitionen
KUNDE: Jeder registrierte Benutzer der Website, der einen Kauf getätigt hat.
SERVICE: Jedes Angebot auf der Website zefame.com, ob kostenpflichtig oder kostenlos.
WEBSITE: Alle mit zefame.com verbundenen Domains und Subdomains.
AUFLADUNG: Guthaben, das dem Zefame-Konto hinzugefügt wird, um auf kostenpflichtige Dienste zuzugreifen.
BESTELLUNG: Kauf eines oder mehrerer Services durch den KUNDEN.
Klausel Nr. 3: Preise
Die Preise der auf der WEBSITE angebotenen Services sind in Euro (EUR) angegeben. Die MwSt. wird gemäß den geltenden Steuervorschriften der VAE bei jeder AUFLADUNG erhoben. Der KUNDE kann den Aufladebetrag frei wählen.
Klausel Nr. 4: Zahlungs- und Aufladungsmethoden
Um auf kostenpflichtige Services zuzugreifen, muss der KUNDE sein Konto über die angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden aufladen. Das Guthaben kann dann für jeden kostenpflichtigen Service verwendet werden.
Klausel Nr. 5: Leistungserbringung

Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :
The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.
Klausel Nr. 6: Pflichten des Kunden
Der KUNDE ist dafür verantwortlich, bei der Registrierung und Nutzung korrekte Angaben zu machen. Verstöße können zu Sanktionen bis zur Kontosperrung führen.
Klausel Nr. 7: Mindestalter
Mit der Registrierung bei Zefame erklärt der Nutzer, volljährig zu sein, also mindestens 18 Jahre alt. Zefame behält sich das Recht vor, einen Altersnachweis anzufordern.
Klausel Nr. 8: Verantwortung von Zefame
Zefame bemüht sich um qualitativ hochwertige Services, kann jedoch nicht für Vorfälle oder direkte/indirekte Schäden im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung oder Maßnahmen sozialer Netzwerke haftbar gemacht werden.
Klausel Nr. 9: Garantien und Kundendienst
Einige Services umfassen eine Garantiezeit, in der der KUNDE Unterstützung anfordern kann. Die Garantie ist für jeden relevanten Service angegeben.
Klausel Nr. 10: Erstattungsrichtlinie
Wird eine Bestellung aufgrund eines Fehlers von Zefame oder seinen Partnern nicht erfolgreich ausgeführt, wird der Betrag dem KUNDEN-Guthaben gutgeschrieben.
Klausel Nr. 11: Widerrufsrecht
Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.
Klausel Nr. 12: Geistiges Eigentum
The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.
Klausel Nr. 13: Höhere Gewalt
Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Klausel Nr. 14: Gerichtsstand und Streitigkeiten
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Klausel Nr. 15: Änderungen der AGB
Zefame reserves the right to modify these General Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.
Klausel Nr. 16: Elektronische Kommunikation
By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Klausel Nr. 17: Änderung von Informationen
CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
