제1조: 목적

본 일반 판매 조건(GSC)은 EVOFLOW DIGITAL – FZCO(zefame.com 운영사)와 고객 간의 계약적 권리와 의무를 정의합니다. Zefame 서비스의 이용은 본 GSC의 완전하고 무조건적인 동의를 의미합니다.

제2조: 정의

고객: 사이트에 등록하고 구매를 한 모든 사용자. 

서비스: zefame.com 사이트의 모든 유료 또는 무료 제안. 

사이트: zefame.com과 관련된 모든 도메인 및 하위 도메인. 

충전: 유료 서비스 이용을 위해 Zefame 계정에 추가되는 크레딧. 

주문: 고객이 하나 이상의 서비스를 구매하는 행위.

제3조: 요금

사이트에서 제공되는 서비스 가격은 유로(EUR)로 표시됩니다. 부가가치세는 각 충전 시 UAE 세금 규정에 따라 적용됩니다. 고객은 충전 금액을 자유롭게 선택할 수 있습니다.

제4조: 결제 및 충전 방법

유료 서비스에 접근하려면 고객은 사이트에서 제공하는 결제 방법을 통해 계정을 충전해야 합니다. 충전된 잔액은 모든 유료 서비스에 사용할 수 있습니다.

제5조: 서비스 제공

After selecting a service, the CLIENT agrees to read and understand the full description of this service before placing an order. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure the service meets their needs and expectations.

Zefame is a platform designed to promote and enhance the appearance of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or other social media accounts, mainly by increasing follower counts, likes, or other visible indicators. It is important to note that :

• These promotions mainly aim to improve appearance rather than actual engagement or interaction with accounts.

• Zefame does not guarantee that all provided accounts will have a profile picture, complete biography, or posted photos, although this is an objective.

• No delivery time guarantee is provided by Zefame, and although estimates may be given when placing an order, they remain estimates only. 

The CLIENT then provides the corresponding link. The service amount is deducted from the CLIENT's balance, and the order is processed. Zefame strives to ensure efficient service delivery as quickly as possible.

제6조: 고객 의무

등록 및 서비스 이용 시 정확한 정보를 제공하는 것은 고객의 책임입니다. 위반 또는 부적절한 사용은 계정 정지까지의 제재를 초래할 수 있습니다.

제7조: 최소 연령 요건

Zefame에 등록함으로써 사용자는 법적 성인, 즉 최소 18세임을 선언합니다. Zefame은 나이 증명을 요청하고 이 조건을 충족하지 않는 계정을 정지할 권리를 보유합니다.

제8조: Zefame의 책임

Zefame은 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력합니다. 그러나 서비스 사용과 관련된 직간접적 손해나 소셜 미디어 플랫폼의 고객 계정 조치에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

제9조: 보증 및 사후 서비스

일부 서비스에는 고객이 문제 발생 시 Zefame에 지원을 요청할 수 있는 보증 기간이 포함됩니다. 이 보증은 각 해당 서비스에 명시되어 있습니다.

제10조: 환불 정책

Zefame 또는 파트너의 오류로 주문이 성공적으로 실행되지 않은 경우, 해당 금액이 고객의 잔액으로 환불됩니다.

제11조: 철회권

Due to the nature of the digital services provided on the SITE, once a recharge has been completed and an order has started processing, the CLIENT acknowledges that the service is initiated immediately and therefore waives any right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. If an order cannot be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, the CLIENT will be refunded to their SITE balance as described in Clause #10.

제12조: 지적 재산권

The content of the zefame.com site, excluding third-party logos and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without Zefame's explicit consent. Logos and trademarks of social networks or other third parties are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the zefame.com site solely for the purpose of identifying the associated platforms and in no way suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these platforms.

제13조: 불가항력

Zefame cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure.

제14조: 관할권 및 분쟁

In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

제15조: 약관 변경

Zefame reserves the right to modify these General 이용약관 of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on zefame.com. CLIENTS will be informed of these changes by email at least 15 days before they come into effect.

제16조: 전자 통신

By registering on Zefame, the user, whether an active or potential customer, agrees to receive electronic communications from Zefame. This includes emails about promotions, special offers, and other company news. Zefame is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and offers the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

제17조: 정보 수정

CLIENTS have the right to request the modification of personal information provided during registration. Any modification request must be sent to Zefame support at contact@zefame.com, in compliance with data protection regulations.
